Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
ReplyCoach (“the app”) is developed by iwazowski.com (“we”). If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at pgd.iwazdev@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
None. We do not collect, receive, store or sell any personal data. The app does not include advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking SDKs, and it does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
3. How your conversations are processed
- Text you paste or type is processed on your iPhone.
- Screenshots you select are read with Apple's Vision framework on your device, only to extract text for the feature you requested. Screenshots are not stored.
- Reply, Understand and Check My Draft use Apple Intelligence (Apple's Foundation Models framework) on your device. We do not use third-party AI providers and we do not run our own AI server.
4. Data stored on your device
- History: conversations and generated replies are saved locally in the app so you can review and continue them. Sessions marked “Don't save this conversation” are never saved.
- My Voice: examples of your writing are provided explicitly by you. By default the raw examples are discarded after deriving editable style preferences, unless you choose to keep them locally.
- Adaptive preferences: if enabled, the app stores local metadata such as the tone and strategy you choose — never conversation text.
- Settings are stored locally using standard iOS storage.
You control this data: use Settings → Clear History, set auto-delete (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days), hide previews, or delete the app to remove everything. This data may be included in your device's own iCloud or computer backups, which are governed by Apple.
5. Photos
ReplyCoach uses the system photo picker. It does not request access to your photo library and can only see the images you select.
6. Face ID / Touch ID
If you enable App Lock, authentication is handled entirely by iOS. ReplyCoach never receives or stores biometric data.
7. Purchases
ReplyCoach Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment information. Apple's handling of this data is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.
8. Sharing
We do not share, sell or transfer any data to third parties, because we do not collect any. When you copy a reply and paste it into another app, that app's own privacy policy applies.
9. Children
ReplyCoach is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Because we hold no personal data about you, all your data is on your device and under your control. You may contact us with any question, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
11. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
