Reply, Understand and Check My Draft run on Apple Intelligence. You need:

• An iPhone compatible with Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max or iPhone 16 and later).
• iOS 26 or later.
• Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri.
• Your device and Siri language set to a language supported by Apple Intelligence.

On other devices you can still explore the app with Try an Example on the Home screen.

After you turn on Apple Intelligence, iOS downloads the on-device model in the background. Keep your iPhone connected to Wi-Fi and power for a while and try again. While the model is not ready, ReplyCoach does not use any of your free generations.

Check that Apple Intelligence is on in Settings, that your iPhone model is compatible, and that your device language is supported. Some regions may have limited availability of Apple Intelligence.

Tap Choose Screenshots to select up to 8 screenshots, or Paste Conversation to paste text. Text in screenshots is recognized on your device. Always review the extracted text and fix anything that wasn't read correctly before generating.

Use full, uncropped screenshots with readable text. Very small fonts, heavy backgrounds or images inside the chat may not be recognized. You can edit the extracted text or paste the conversation instead.

Open History, pick the conversation and tap Continue Conversation. Add the new messages or screenshots. Use Mark as Sent on the reply you actually sent so ReplyCoach keeps the right context.

Go to Settings → My Voice. Adjust length, directness, warmth, formality and emojis, or create a profile by pasting a few messages you've written. By default, your example texts are discarded after ReplyCoach derives your editable preferences.

No. ReplyCoach works only with the text you provide and cannot know hidden thoughts or feelings. Understand mode always shows what is uncertain. ReplyCoach is not a substitute for professional, legal or mental health advice.

Open Settings in ReplyCoach and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.

In ReplyCoach go to Settings → Manage Subscription, or open iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ReplyCoach Pro. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

On your iPhone. ReplyCoach has no account and no server of its own, and doesn't use third-party AI services. History is stored locally and screenshots are never saved. Read the Privacy Policy.

Settings → Clear History deletes all saved conversations. You can also turn on auto-delete (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days), hide previews, or use Don't save this conversation for incognito sessions. Deleting the app removes all its data.

Turn on Settings → Require Face ID / Touch ID. Biometric data is handled by iOS and is never accessible to ReplyCoach.
